Egmont FPC was an Australian publisher of European Egmont/Fleetway properties (Egmont UK bought Fleetway in 1991). The company produced a limited range of magzines, some with comics. Its output included a Judge Dredd reprint (prior to Egmont's sale of 2000AD to Rebellion Developments in June 2000).

Egmont FPC appears to have been subsequently renamed FPC Entertainment Publishing Pty Ltd, which existed 1994 to 2004, according to ASIC company records.

The publisher's listed address is 180 Bourke Road Alexandria, a corporate park that was home to Hannanprint/Eastern Suburbs Newspapers/ESN the Litho Centre/Federal Publishing Company (the printer of many Australian comics and publisher of DC and Marvel comics in the early 1980s). Rather than referring to Fleetway Publishing, "FPC" could refer to the Federal Publishing Company, which operated mainly as a community newspaper and magazine publisher at this time, and was sold to News Ltd (Australian Consolidated Press) in April 2007.

Subsequently in 2002, Egmont formed a partnership with Melbourne-based Hardie Grant Publishing to publish Egmont's children’s books in Australia.
